Star Cement Limited has announced a Cash  offer to buyback not exceeding 68,00,000 (Sixty Eight Lakhs Only) fully paid up equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each, representing 1.62% of the present outstanding equity shares of the Company from all the existing public shareholders/beneficial owners of the Company as on the record date i.e. July 05, 2019 on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route at a price of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty only) per equity share for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 102,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Two Crores Only), from October 22, 2019 to November 05, 2019.
