TECH MAHINDRA LTD Buyback

Tech Mahindra Limited has announced cash offer to Buyback up to 2,05,85,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each, representing approximately 2.09% of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company as of February 21, 2019 i.e. date of the board meeting from the shareholders/ eneficial owners of equity shares of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. March 6, 2019 on proportionate basis. This is through the “Tender Offer” route at a price of Rs 950/- per equity share, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 19,55,57,50,000/- from March 25, 2019 to April 5, 2019.
