Terms and Conditions: New Website Survey Contest

  1. The survey contest is brought to you by HDFC securities Limited (HDFC Securities) and is intended for the recipient of the mail only. 
  2. The participants must complete the survey to be eligible for the prize.
  3. 3 Winners will be chosen via lucky draw amongst participants who participate in the survey.
  4. Winners will be announced on 15th November & will be informed through email on registered email address.
  5. iPhone will be dispatched within 60 days of announcement of winners on the registered postal address. In case your postal address is not updated - please update the same on ntrade.hdfcsec.com
  6. The decision of HDFC securities on the selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances of whatsoever nature. 
  7. The appreciation gifts for the winners cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. HDFC securities reserves the right to withdraw or modify the contest, result or gift without prior notice to participants.

  10. HDFC securities reserves the right to 'ban' users on grounds of profanity, obscene content or spamming. 
  11. Prizes will be subjected to Indian laws, including tax regulations as may be applicable to the winners. HDFC securities will not be responsible for payment of any taxes, levies or charges. Any such payments, if applicable, shall have to be borne by the winners.
  12. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these official rules, which shall be final in all respect.
  13. HDFC securities and any of its officers, directors, personnel and employees, shall not be liable for any loss, damage of any nature, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, and consequential in any way arising from this contest.
