Tulive Developers Limited Buyback

Tulive Developers Limited has announced cash offer to Buyback up to 4,80,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value Rs 10/- each, at a price of Rs 350/-  per share for an aggregate maximum amount of up to Rs 16,80,00,000 which represents 24.81% of the aggregate of Company’s paid-up Equity Share Capital and Free Reserves as on March 31, 2018, through the Tender Offer process, on a proportionate basis. The Equity Shares proposed to be bought back constitute 18.22% of issued, subscribed and paid up Equity Capital of the Company, starting from May 22, 2019 to June 04, 2019.
