Unichem Laboratories Limited has announced the buyback of up to 2,06,00,000 of fully paid-up Equity Shares. The Equity Shares consist of 22.65% of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of share is Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 430/- per Equity Share for an aggregate amount up to Rs 885,80,00,000/-.
