Weizmann Forex Limited (“The Company”) has announced Offer for Buyback of up to 4,36,467 (Four Lakhs Thirty Six Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Seven) fully paid up equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten Only) each at a price of Rs. 702 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Two Only) (“Buy-back Price”) per fully paid up equity share on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route from October 03, 2018 to October 16, 2018.
